TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Requirements
Valid Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Diners, Amex)
Driver License
CPR or Passport Copy

Credit card is mandatory and open signed credit imprint will be taken on all self-drivel rentals. A pre-authorization will be made on all cases.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. A maximum of two hours grace period will be given upon return. Thereafter an additional day rental charge will be made.

Cars are covered with comprehensive insurance. The hirer will be responsible for excess insurance charges of BD-100.000 in case of any accident by his fault.

In the event of an accident, a police report is mandatory for any and all damages to the vehicle and should be reported to the nearest Al Kobaisi Car Rental Office immediately for further assistance.

Customer has to pay the fuel shortage at the time of return of the car.

Free delivery and collection of car

Minimum driver age requirement: Economy to Mid-Size is 22 years old, full size to luxury is 30 yrs old. All drivers should have a valid Bahraini license or GCC license and should have the license for over one year. Visitors on transit/visit Visa should hold and international driving license valid in the Kingdom of Bahrain.(Please visit www.traffic.gov.bh/index.asp for more details.)

Additional driver will be charged per day and he must have the same qualification as the first driver

All the traffic fines (over speeding, wrong parking or any other offence) incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer and the amount will be recovered from the customer.

Cars are prohibited to be used in racing, towing other vehicles, or in any activity that is considered against the Kingdom of Bahrain laws. Cars are also prohibited to be used for off road driving.

We require monthly vehicle and 5000km service and prompt maintenance. During the said maintenance or accidents or in case of break down a vehicle will be provided as a replacement.
